We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. In this pivotal role, you will lead our sales efforts, driving growth and expanding our market presence. Your responsibilities will include identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, conducting in-depth market research, and overseeing the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closure. You will also develop and execute sales strategies, working closely with internal teams to meet and exceed business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify New Business Opportunities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to pinpoint growth opportunities.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including networking events, industry
  • conferences, and proactive outreach.

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.

3. Market Research:

  • Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to provide actionable insights.
  • Offer strategic recommendations based on market analysis to support business growth.

4. Sales Process Management:

  • Lead and manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and initial contact to closing deals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to secure favorable agreements for the company.

5. Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Monitor and assess the success of sales strategies, making adjustments as needed.

6. Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide valuable feedback to internal teams based on client interactions and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales management, with a strong focus on FX sales.
  • Extensive network within Russia and CIS markets.
  • Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Deep understanding of the financial services industry and market dynamics.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and with a demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in the online trading industry is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in both Russian and English, both written and verbal, is a MUST
  • Knowledge of financial markets is required.
  • Prior experience in the FOREX industry is MANDATORY.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
