We are looking to expand our international team by welcoming a Sales and Development Manager.
Your responsibilities:
- analyze the travel and tourism market, our business opportunities on it, as well as competitors, identifying the strengths and weaknesses of our product;
- search of potential customers;
- generate cold calls;
- signing contracts and controlling the first orders (it is necessary to ensure that the client did them);
- meet with customers face to face or over the phone;
- working and communication with finance team;
- attend professional seminars, conferences and events.
Requirements:
- fluent English is a must B2 and higher;
- Experience in Travel and Tourism 5+ years;
- understanding the development trends of the industry and its individual participants;
- practical sales skills, the experience of cold and active sales, desire to develop in this sphere;
- ability to negotiate, either by phone or by personal contact;
- well-delivered and confident voice, literate speech and business writing;
- ability to systematize the information received;
- a confident PC user, practical skills in working with CRM.
